Contract/billing options
  1. Lump sum payment:
    You inform about the project, requirements & schedule. We give a quote for analysis, design and report presentation etc.
  2. Per hour basis:

    We give you a quote for per hour rates for director, principal engineer, senior engineer, engineer and draftsman. We inform you about the No. of hours spent. You pay us depending up on the No. of hours spent. For this initial scope and schedule and hours should be agreed.

    Which type of contract you prefer depends up on the work you have to get done. If you are sure about the scope and likely not to have any changes required, then lump sum contract would be better. If you expect the job scope would change time to time, or if it is a study or trial, then per hour basis would be beneficial to both of the parties.
  3. Interim payments:

    We prefer to have interim payments at the completion of each stages of the project.

    Please send us an email with your contact details and job scope to discuss further. We aim to get back to you within 4 working hours, even if we reject the job as we being busy. Our history proves that, our clients are satisfied with our work and in almost all cases if they have any new job they return to us.

    We are capable of analysing and designing complicated structures and charge you reasonable fees only. We don’t have any hidden charges, we do what we offer for the agreed fees on time.

    We study structure failure reasons and prepare reports.

    We have Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance, but never have claimed.
